I am a passionate journal keeper. Whether I am sketching in my travel journal, planning my day in my daily organizer or writing in my morning journal, I know I am engaged in a process that rewards me with a sense of calmness and a heightened sense of self-awareness as well as an enhanced awareness of the world around me.

The time I allow each day to engage the  journal keeping process is in direct correlation to the quality of my daily life experience.
